Some of you may be asking why I chose The Inspired Introvert as a name, and I would love to Now a little bit about me. I am analytical and creative. I am logical yet, feel deeply. I like my alone time, but crave quality time with MY people and what does all of this tell you? I am a walking contradiction, a unicorn of sorts, but I embrace every part of me. Authenticity reigns supreme in my books, and I believe if we can’t be our authentic selves at all times with all people, then what’s the point? Conversations inspire me, the stories I hear and the things I see stir something in me, and there is no other way I can process it all aside from taking the inspiration and rolling it into words. Personally, sometimes a crowd and constant outside stimulation are exhausting, and I find myself fueled by silence. Other times the crowd may give me numerous things to contemplate. But most of the time, I am most creative when things around me are on pause. There are so many reasons I consider myself an introvert. Despite all the negative connotations that coincide with introversion, I will defend my fellow Intros and say that at our core, we are warm, friendly, caring, and insightful, and most of all, we see past facades (we call your BS). In a nutshell, we provide balance in a noisy world, and they, Extroverts, need us Intros for clarity, calm and insight. Yup I said it and meant it! So welcome to my introverted world; it’s going to be a bumpy and unpredictable ride but worth every moment.
